Voice front desk
Customers ask about prices, openings and hours when you can’t pick up. The desk answers them by voice on your site, in their own language, from what you approved, and takes their details for anything it doesn’t know.
You’ll talk to the front desk of the skin studio template in our Lab. Ask in English, Mandarin or another language. Calls last up to three minutes.
What this looks like
- A skin clinic: “Do you have anything Saturday afternoon, and how long is a facial?”
- A cleaning company: “How much for a two-bedroom, every two weeks?”
- A bubble tea shop, in Mandarin: “你们几点关门?可以提前点单吗?”
How it goes, step by step
First call
What customers ask you most, and what you want the desk to do: answer, book, or take details.
Your knowledge base
Your services, prices, hours, rules and the answers you give every day, written down. You approve every line.
Test it like a customer
We ask it the hard questions together, in English and in the languages your customers speak, before it goes live.
On your site
A “Talk to us” button on every page. Customers press it and speak, or type.
Read what they asked
Every conversation is kept as text for you. Questions it couldn’t answer become new lines in the knowledge base.
Questions
Will it make things up?
It answers only from the knowledge base you approved. When it doesn’t know, it says so and takes the customer’s details for you.
Can I try one first?
Yes. The skin clinic demo in the Lab has a front desk. Ask it anything your customers would.
What does it cost to run?
Calls are billed by the minute on your own account, so you only pay for real conversations. You see the meter before you decide.
