A visit, start to finish
Most grooms take one to three hours. You drop off, we text you when they are ready, and nobody is left in a crate for the afternoon.

Drop-off
We look at the coat together, agree on the cut, and write down anything your pet is nervous about.

Brush-out and bath
Knots come out before the water goes on. Then a warm bath with a shampoo that suits the coat.

Dry and trim
Low-heat dryers, with a groomer in the room the whole time. If your pet needs a break, they get one.

Pick-up
A text when they are ready, and a short note on how the coat and skin looked. Then a long nap.
What a groom costs
Starting prices for a coat that was brushed lately. Thick coats, tangles and extras add to it. The estimator adds it all up for your pet.

- Warm water, a shampoo that suits the coat, ears checked, a full brush-out and a low-heat dry.
- A full groom adds
- A haircut or tidy trim, face and feet, and a sanitary trim.

Three days a week the back room is for cats only. No barking through the wall, no dryers roaring, and one groomer who works with cats every week.

Ana
