The room at the end of the hall

Thuy Tran opened Room 11 in 2019 with two tables and one rule that is still taped inside the drawer: say the price before you start. There are four of us now, and many of the same hands come back every three weeks.

Tools out of the autoclave
Metal tools are sterilised after every client and unwrapped in front of you. Files and buffers are used once.
A fix within seven days
If a nail lifts or chips in the first week, come back and we repair it at no charge.

Your tech reads your set and your total back to you before starting.
Air that moves
Every table has its own extraction fan, so the room smells like a room.
