Who comes to your door
Renata Silva started Tidewell in 2014 with one car and four regular homes in Port Credit. Today there are eleven crews of two. Every cleaner is employed by us, trained by us, and paid by the hour rather than by the job, so nobody rushes your bathroom to get to the next one.
- The same crew every visit. You learn their names, and they learn which drawer sticks.
- We bring everything.Supplies, vacuums and fresh microfibre for each home. Fragrance-free products if you ask.
- Missed something? We come back within 24 hours.Tell us what we missed and we redo it at no charge.
- Insured, bonded and police-checked.Every cleaner, every year. Certificates on request.
Same two people every other Thursday for three years. My dog greets them before he greets me.
The landlord walked through after our move-out clean and handed back the deposit on the spot.
They do our office on Friday evenings. On Monday the kitchenette is the cleanest room in the building.
